holy fuel, batman!

it was time to swap some fuel lines... the "not so old ones", were a bit toasted to carry a 4 years old kid with you in this... n´est pas? the panel van needs a bit of service in different places... next the lights and some wiring stuff... but othervise, its a great car, really a work horse!

some of you dont know or remember that i have a black ghia as well, and heres a look of the dancing shoes... are these cool or what? weld magnum rt wheels, with toyo tires... holy jesus, these will do the trick.

finally?

for the moment it seems that the pick up for the ghias will be the 27.4.2011. ugh. at last.
i sure hope that everything goes as planned. Ok, what happens then? some examination ...what works ...brakes, wipers, engine, lights...and what needs to be repaired? etc... a new roof/parts are pretty much in boxes...allready...
i also have two bucket seats, but they might be going with the 1970 model, because that one lack both front seats... :-( will see... it sure would be fun to get the ghia working for the summer :-) (to be continued...)

17.4. - what a day.

my birthday was pretty great, riding harley, having a ice cream & coffee in kaivopuistopark, fixing my panel van, getting it working again etc... and having a great time with my little helper... jimi was happy because we could drive the panel van.

have to buy a economical car now... maybe a KG would do the trick... ;-)
