dailydriver panel van

because of one drunken 17 years old rastafar-idiot, our grocery-getter audi is at a paint shop...so going to the country is taken care with the twilight bros panel... and why not, its inspected and everything... works like a clock. ok the temperature was over 30 degrees c, so its pretty melting hot in the cabin... ( the "slim boy" is my brother - arttu ;-)...
we were waiting for some thunder and lightning show from the sky, but it never came at the country... but in the city it started to look different... :-)

olari swap meet 2010

hmmm... it was cold inside, cold outside, not so much people, not so much cars, but anyways, its always fun to see old friends!
i was with "twilight bros" panel ( and a almost flat tire ) i should take the panel and stuff it with go-fast goodies, but i cant - i looove ´em.
ok for the cars...hmmm, there was a nice KG, nice split, TWO cool panels, and some "bugs" but the cream was this Ferrari with mangels wheels. the plate says theres some sex... well i´m not sure about that... ;-)

porsche brembo/turbo brakes - part 3

i got my turbo brakes back from Kangasniemi. Mr. Laitinen made some custom brackets for 944 turbo brakes to 912 struts. they are the banana shaped ones. the ball joint housing needs a minor grinding, but not much, maybe 1-2 mm from one side. it starts to look pretty cool. i would have also the Big red ones, but i´ll keep em for the future... ;-) you never know what pops to my mind.
maybe they would be cool in the steyr...? i also have the 3.0 engine under dismantling.
the engine will have some parts to be changed...like the crank from a 70.4 mm to a 76.4 mm rods will be changed also...and the cylinders are going to be changed from the original 95 mm to "tyre smoking" 100 mm with some JE (high-CR) pistons ;-) so the brake update is more than welcome... these with some 50mm PMO´s, good cams, light flywheel etc... well you get the picture...

christmass is coming early - part 5

i just got a package from US CHROME...100 mm porsche 911 cylinders, from a 3.6 liter engine.
these, with 76.4 mm crank + rods, will give a 3,6 liter engine. these parts will be found in my 3.0 engine. ;-) - have to buy the 50 mm pmo´s also. so it will be a sleeper 3.0. the cylinders are really beautifull. thanks for us chrome!
