some upgrade at the garage...

cutting, grinding, fitting, and  cutting, grinding, fitting,

well getting somewhere anyways. looks better, but the throttle bores are still missing.

and the header for the turbo won't fit with that massive oil pump.

and this turbo engine is a 76x94 oxyboxer

this on is a 2332cc basic stroker

oxyboxer update

I started to cut the china tin to fit the oxyboxer,
and as i haven't done this before, i was a bit scared.
but looks like things might work.
and while waiting for the dual throttle bores,
i used the carbs to mock up the plenum etc.
now i will do the other side and
check for the other turbo parts too.

here comes the rain!!!!

water coming from the roof of the cellar, BUT i had luck, because i just got the pauter turbo engine safely to Kangasniemi, with big help from mika särkelä, tomi seppälä, pekka laitinen, and korrek :-) Now my other parts & magazines are in danger... theres a pauter turbo kit, american racing wheels etc... fighting against the water. :-( well at least i know what im doing this weekend. :-(

porsche 911 engine - 3.0

i managed to pick up, the most potential engine for the 912, thanks J.R. for that.
im thinking to swap some webers to it, to look more old-school...this is the 204 hp model, and i really hope that it still got some of them... a old school 912 with a lond distance engine, with turbo-brakes and 17 inch wheels could be great.

porsche 911 engine - teardown 2

ok, getting deeper in to the engine...hmmm, what can i say, looks bad, looks really bad. somekind of grime inside, but the biggest so far is that one cylinder is totally gone, really deep scratches, in the piston and in the cylinder, the others are still on their place.
I would be happy if the shortblock would turn nicely (now) but no, the seize-problem is still deeper ( wrong bearing etc...) i dont know what has been in aarnio racings head, when putting this engine in "shape" :-(

next i will take the block totally apart to see the "big one"

enjoy the picks. :-( at least ...i dont...
