1. Hell yeah! how many times you see a real rod with winter tyres?

this 32 ford had them, i raise my hat for this, no trailer queens...

maybe some of the vw´s should drive more...no matter if its cloudy...

this Rolls Royce Silver shadow was the show stopper for me, 

wow, absolutely a "bonkers" classic. i love the dare to be different -way!

this builder is the DUDE to watch...

the stance was correct, and the details and everything...

OK, WTF is this shit? this Honda Club, had 4 pieces

anyways, the show was packed with lots of companys that don´t 

belong to ACS, from reindeer skin to some wooden building seller...

over 50% of the show is crap, for me, but there are some good stuff also.

if i was FHRA, i would concentrate to cars, with show quality, race cars, 

cars with attitude or similar back to the roots feeling...pure things, 

and not anymore with this "take the money and run -way"... :-)

ok,this is what happens when you first sell car to someone...then he takes a hammer, and a chisel, and bangs the living crap out of the ghia verts body, to see if theres rust under it. ok many guys told this hammersmith, NOT to do so, because its not the right way to do it, but after some baging, this guy found out that its a bit too much for him,  and told that he´s not taking the car... ok, now it really looks awful, but... i can assure you that this is not "final" situation, or ... closed case in anyway. to be continued

poor ghia, but if you are interested of a 1970 ghia vert with papers... i can sell you one :-)

the pan-halves are new, the doors are closing ok etc... irs-rear, comes with a engine project, old bumpers, rear lights, seats (projects) etc... theres plenty of stuff, the price will be pretty good, etc...chrome steel wheels, needs a lot of care & looooove. but could be pretty awesome when ready (check out the other slammed pic)

the Vert needs my attention again. it will need, dropped & narrowed front axle, porsche pattern disks in front, 5-130 mm to the rear also, new bearings, new brakes, and those chromed 17" Foochs wheels. the ghia slides like a train in the highway, but there could be a bit more style...and becuse of me, first the attitude then the ... REST ...

i got new GREAT GHIA repairpanels from the paruzzi boys, and have to say that this is not some china junk, its real steel, have to locate a fast/good welder though... what else? a new retro sound radio... not installed yet, but im working on it... picks coming later, while i get myself on thr right mood to do some assembly. i guess that in these days.  :-)

the BAD... ok, i tryed to get parts from Keiteleen kone, drive to the yard...but 3 times - no service, no answer, no info....that does it for me. ...then to the motonet vantaa to get parts, ok, in lohja i got brake cylinders but not in helsinki or vantaa... :-(

so when i will try to get more parts in the sametime. from paruzzi.fi.

ghia convert - on the run.

after many hours of work in kuplapaja, the vert woke up, and wanted home. ok, there were many isuues still to fix but... i wanted to take the "tub" home. for the cruise, it could´nt have been better... it was a warm summer night and i felt great! i also drove the car to our cottage, lost the brakes too, so i had to fix them before driving any further... there was 4 bars air in the tyres so the suspension felt a bit tough, ...and looks like i have to buy also new shocks, to get a better ride.
