Auto-craft heads are allmost ready to accept 101.6 cylinders. Hilborn intakes are coming slowly from USA...superflow heads are in Hi-Car, to accept titanium valves...
atill searching for complete wiring set, nice door handles and hindges for the doors (for the KG 1961).

wasserheads meets titanium

I took the race-heads to the machinist so that they´ll make the SBC titanium valves 2 fit the VW heads. they´ll be 48mm & 38mm. The heads are Tomi Seppalas old ones. (221 hp @ atmo-mode) as you can see they are modified to cool with water, which is great for me because i want to be able to run the engine in the streets.

after 8 long years...its now legal. all the modifications are in the papers.
huh. but it was worth the wait... now the BUS is on the use ...daily.


Jimi wanted to see whats happening in the garage. He made some tune-up for the Karmann Ghia, checked the nitrous nozzle & and helped to push the wassercoolers... (Tomi´s RS2 Audi).
Jimi had some new ideas about getting to the 11´s. We will see more about that later?

KARMANN GHIA 61 cuts no glory

to fit the kawell turbo set up, i had to cut the karmann ghia a bit.
not that much, but a small snip snap from the back.
looking great.

another route would be to swap for the 912 engine.
it would be really cool looking in the engine bay, but not the hot ticket in the strip. the 912 engine is for sale now.
