loads of progress - I'm on fire!

maybe there's a place for the t3/4 turbo...

a small problem with this fork, 

but we managed to fix it eventually.

we also changed to a softer (black magic) clutch disk.

its now with a kep stage 3 pressure plate.

also now its adjusted. and works.

these quick locks i wanted to the bug and ghia. 

as its pain to get out, with my torso.

broken back, and belly too. :-) 

ok thats a light one. the wbx flywheel...

new parts, should last for a while. 

 

vw drag race transmission update

 Looks better than ever, the race trans is getting in shape, but there has been plenty of bad things and errors in here. but anyways, this looks very promising... this will end to the orange race beetle-bug-fusca. im not in a hurry, as I'm trying to concentrate to the karmann ghia. and hopefully one day i can swap the orange bug soon to the sepänkatu garage... i also have the spare 2332cc superflo engine waiting...

the drag buggy

 ok, i couldn't resist this one. a street buggy from sweden, what a bad ass buggy. 10.7 in the quarter mile.

So i went with JIMI (my son) to Wasa with a trailer, stayed a night in a hotel, then in the morning after a good breakfast, went to the ship without a car or trailer, heading to UMEÅ.There was Mats and Palle, waiting with the buggy in the harbour already. oh boy, a drag buggy but street legal. a bottle of NOS and everything that one might need. we hadn't much time, but after cruising with the buggy at the harbour area...we drove the racer to the ship and then to the trailer and back to helsinki... 

a pretty long trip, but worth every penny. and the buggy.... its just awesome... and fast.

future is saved?

so far so good, now we have to find parts for the rear...

Orange Is the New Black?

 it only took 800 km & 13 hours, to bring this to the new home. I visited the great brothers Plosila, Panu & Petri, great guys, and awesome things. like a Maserati boat, 38 coupe chevy, 356 Porsche, Packard rod project, legends cars, etc...  located in Kurikka. We were on a pretty tight schedule, but still managed to be relaxed, a happy feeling trip.
