Der Violet ground beetle - project - Sinikiitäjäinen (Carabus violaceus) part6

The inspection day for the bug. i drove to lohja, to the leijonakatsastus. before that i went to motonet to get one bulb to the rear light, ended changing both sides, worked there normally, but in the inspection, didn't work that well. surprise! well otherwise the inspection went good, but one brake at the rear was not workin at all. so it didn't pass. what a pity, i thought that on my way home, i will get some tools from the cottage...but there is a steep road and its very bumpy. Suddenly the engine stopped. and boy, i didn't find the bug in this bug. i ended messages, and kotten the vw-guru in here, came to help me. thanks to him, we found the bad connection one wire connection was loose, and that made the engine loose ignition. after it was totally dark outside, it started right up. and i headed to the gas station. I drove the ug to nummela, where it is waiting that Kotten has time to fix the brake. then i will go back to the lion-inspection. to be continued....

Had to take the panel to the cottage, for some minor tweaking...so i picked up the kids from school and daycare, and headed to lohja region...on the way i had to stop to take a pic ... Im not sure of the story of this place, but its really cool. A Blast from the past... ;-)

Huh, it was cold, 4 degrees celsius, plus endless rain. Didnt like the weather, but other vise the trip was good, the panel van made it like it was supposed to do...but when i was back at my yard, the electrics went suddenly off. :-(

There you have it, this was totally my own fault, reversed the car with a trailer with a ghia on top of that, and smacked tha panelvan!!!! :-( ... Made totally my day... Ok, i know the van is not a show winner trailer queen, but still.... Aargh! Maybe he wants to go back to kangasniemi before the snow...

Baby blue Ghia update

Picked up the blue cab from wagenhaus, (it was a good visit) and took the vert ...fast to the cottage, BUT... To work alone, with a pretty steep runway, the "just drop the car from trailer" didnt go as planned... I ended to smack my panelvan with the trailer... The ghia got stuck in the trailer, well etc... The ghia is at least at the cottage, i have a smashed door in the van, and i got only half of the things done... I should get the van to the kangasniemi motor zentrum, and hopefully the rsr clone too, have to talk about this with the motorsport wizard-pekka...

i have a mania to do things now, OK its the tough mixup of 35 pills daily, but i´m goint to take advantage of it, if i can. and go with the flow.. ;-) heck i even will start to "train" welding - i have to, :-)

have to do some iterior stuff + fix ups for the panel, some panel to dead the sound, and many small things, but before it will go out off traffick for a good and long night sleep. i have a master plan, n*2 for my winter driving...that will be something pretty interesting. ok, have to asdmit, it will not be LOOOOOW, it will NOT HAVE porsche brakes, and yeas, something that doesnt run water in the heads... :-) maybe an webasto or similar heater...
