late-night oxyboxer update

Ok, looks promising, this is only a mock-up. to see how things would fit, 

and later on how the old header looks like, this one needs a custom made header, as the oil pump interferes with every header that i do have. 

but lets see who might be the lucky one to make it. 

i also ordered a collector, but it came with a v-band, my mistake. 

maybe the same that will make the primaries, will make the collector too.

this header is not the one, not atleast the final one.

time will tell is it a mistake or not. :-)

maybe there's a place for the t3/4 turbo...

a small problem with this fork, 

but we managed to fix it eventually.

we also changed to a softer (black magic) clutch disk.

its now with a kep stage 3 pressure plate.

also now its adjusted. and works.

these quick locks i wanted to the bug and ghia. 

as its pain to get out, with my torso.

broken back, and belly too. :-) 

ok thats a light one. the wbx flywheel...

new parts, should last for a while. 

 

the wasserboxer turbo

the wbx bug has a pesky problem to loose the electrics, and this time its really annoying but i have to check that out too, jimi changed the ground wire, but it didn't help. any ideas? i hate electric problems.

well one welder guy came and checked the wbx -project, hopefully i could get it started in a week, the welding progress - that is. But you don't have more power, if you don't you have the spark. :-(

there was problems with the panel van too, but a new alternator, helps a lot.

I got jimi to help me, as my wrist is somehow broken, 

as the res of my body, but anyways...

we took the old gearbox off, it was only there for moving the bug.

now we put the drag race gearbox IN!

there's also karpiola race axles, and mister

Kotten fixed all the gremlins off.

so now we are getting somewhere. at last.

have to go to shop more big nuts and bolts too. 

this will be great. now the big question is ...

last midsummer at the cottage.

this place is going to be history, i will move forward, 

to a more suitable place, for my cars.

but maybe somewhere in the lohja-region... who knows.

there's many things to do.

2 hours job in 3 days. the wbx clutch

 Ok, you would guess that changing a clutch cable is easy job, but this one was horrible.

as there are many wires, brackets, and stuff in that place where the wing-nut is located.

everything else went like a charm, but getting the wing nut back to the wire was pain in the butt. 

had to make a special tool to be able to tighten the nut, but now there's the 2 cm play in the clutch pedal, and its working better than before, but a new problem came, as the exhaust took a hit from a door stopper, and baaam, the header is bent again. ill try to fix it tomorrow...
